Plugin list command

Overview

The aetheria plugin list list the installed plugins and their versions.

aetheria plugin list [flags]

Flag	Description
`-h`, `--help`	Help for the `aetheria docker build` command.
`-d`, `--debug`	Enable debug mode.
`-c <value>`, `--configuration <value>`	The path to the plugins configuration file.

List the installed plugins for the frontend app

aetheria plugin list -c ./apps/frontend/aetheria.json
